Heart Bar Equestrian Group Campground is in the San Bernardino National Forest about 41 miles east of the city of San Bernardino. The equestrian camp is separate from the nearby Heart Bar Family Campground. Horseback riders find wonderful trails leading south into the San Gorgonio Wilderness. Visitors to the area also enjoy fishing and non-motorized boating at nearby Jenks Lake.

The turnoff to the campground along Highway 38 is unmarked. Look for the road 2.8 miles east of South Fork Campground.

Heart Bar Equestrian Group Campground is a single campsite for up to 65 people with horses. The campground has space for 21 vehicles and includes 46 corrals. The site accommodates both tent and RV camping. Included at the campsite are multiple tables and a campfire circle with a grill. The campground requires a 2-day minimum stay on weekends and 3 days on holiday weekends.
