Moccasin Point Campground is on the north side of Don Pedro Lake along the Tuolumne River arm and Moccasin Bay arm, just off Highway 49. Visitors to the campground take advantage of a full-service marina and launch ramps for boating activities such as waterskiing and fishing. There are also fish cleaning stations, a small store, and a picnic area.

Moccasin Point Campground has 18 full hook-up campsites along with 78 standard sites for RVS, trailers, and tents. Oaks provide good shade for most campsites. A minimum 2-night stay is required at most times and 3 nights on holiday weekends.

Key Moccasin Point Campground Regulations

  1. Generators may only be operated between 7 AM and 10 PM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
  2. Prevent the spread of invasive insects by obtaining firewood locally.
  3. Pets are permitted in the campgrounds, on leash, always attended.
  4. Fires may only be built in provided campfire rings.
