Putah Canyon Campground

Putah Canyon Campground is on the northwestern side ofLake Berryessa at the mouth of Putah Creek Canyon. Visitors to Lake Berryessa enjoy boating, waterskiing, fishing, swimming, and cycling. A boat launch ramp is located at the campground ($10 for registered campers). The campground is operated by Royal Elk Park Management as a concessionaire for the Bureau of Reclamation which manages the lake. At the campground

Putah Canyon Campground has 98 campsites. Of these, 36 sites can accommodate RVs, trailers, or tents. Sixteen of the campsites are designed for RVs or trailers only, while another 46 sites are designated for tents only. Some sites have electric hook-ups avaiable for $15 additional per night. The campsites have partial shade from oaks. Most have views of the lake.

A group campsite is available for up to 40 people and 6 vehicles or RVs for $300 per night. Additional people beyond 40 are $5 per person, per night.

Opening and closing dates of campgrounds are only estimates, usually dependent on weather conditions. Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. If using a reservation website, check to be sure your vehicles will fit in the parking space for your campsite.
