Azalea Cove Campground

Azalea Cove Campground is spread along the east shore of Union Valley Reservoir in the beautiful Crystal Basin. This walk-in or boat-in campground is only about ½ mile by foot from the nearest parking area or a mile by boat from the nearest launch ramp. Campers must bring in their own water, but other typical campground features are provided. Camping is free.

The 10 campsites at Azalea Cove Campground are well spaced out and set back in the trees for privacy, but still with views of the lake. The bike trail which extends 4½ miles around the lake runs between the campsites and lake shore.

General Camping Information

When making reservations be sure that your vehicle will fit in the space indicated on the reservations website. Information is available at the Crystal Information Station east of Union Valley Reservoir on Ice House Road during the summer.
Horses and motor vehicles are not permitted on the bike trails at Union Valley Reservoir. Horses are permitted on the Ice House Reservoir bike trail.
